Restaurant
In our restaurant you can taste the typical dishes of the area, the
first with the typical home-made macaroni and served with wild greens
and fresh ricotta cheese, pasta "alla norma" (with fresh tomatoes, fried
eggplant, ricotta cheese and basil) or "pasta alla Palermitana".
Among the second dishes include: the classic pork sausage stuffed by
hand, roasted lamb, mutton and pork, baked in the oven, the delicious
Sicilian cheeses such as pecorino cheese and seasoned "u primu sali"
(the first sale) and the tasty vegetable omelettes wild.
Do
not disappoint even the desserts, ranging from classic Sicilian cannolo
stuffed with ricotta to the well-known Sicilian cassata or
the torrone worked by hand and not least the almond paste.
